Medical offices
An AI receptionist for the calls a practice cannot sit with.
Hours, directions, and a careful message. Clinical decisions stay with a person.
What gets in the way
- The front desk is with a patient when the next parent calls.
- After-hours calls land in a voicemail that is not heard until morning.
- The same questions — hours, location, which provider — fill the line.
How a call can go
A caller asks if the office is open. The agent answers from the hours you saved. If they need a person, it follows the routing you wrote: transfer while you are open, or take a name, number, and reason when you are not. It does not give a dose, a diagnosis, or advice that is not in your notes.
Questions worth asking first
Does it give medical advice?
No. If the answer is not in the notes you approved, it says so and takes a message. A complicated concern goes to the person you named, not to a guess.
Can it book into our medical records?
Not from this page. It can collect an appointment request and the details you asked for. It does not write into an electronic health record unless that connection is set up and confirmed for your office.
Is this a HIPAA claim?
No. This site does not claim a certification. A regulated go-live is reviewed on its own.
