After hours is when the decision happens
Shoppers call dealerships after work. Homeowners call about a pool or a fallen tree when they finally get home. Parents call a clinic when the symptom worries them at bedtime. A voicemail greeting does not qualify any of those people.
An AI receptionist can ask the few questions that make the morning useful. What do they need, where are they, what is the number, and how urgent is it. For a dealership, that might be the vehicle they asked about, only if it is on your list. For a service company, the address and what is wrong.
Follow-up is the second half
A captured lead that sits until someone notices is only half handled. Send the note to the person who opted in to texts or email. The caller should not have to try again in the morning to prove they were serious.
